简论唐代廉政制度建设

On Building of an Incorruptible Government in Tang Dynasty

唐代是我国古代政治、经济、军事、文化高度繁荣的一个朝代。除了实行开明的统治政策外,还进一步强化各种制度的建设,尤其注重对官吏廉政管理制度的建设,既有完善的三省六部制,又有严格的官员选拔制度,还有细致周密的监察制度作保障,这些都有力地促进了唐代的政治清明,国富民强,其中诸多内容为今天的廉政建设可以起到一定的借鉴作用。

Tang is a dynasty during which the politics,economy,military and culture highly developed in ancient times. In addition to liberal ruling policies,it strengthened the building of its systems,especially the building of government officials＇ incorruptible supervision. The incorruptible supervision systems included the sound system of Three Councils and Six Boards,the serious selection system and meticulous supervisory system,which greatly promoted the incorruptible politics and the mightiness of the people and prosperity of the nation. Most of the incorruptible supervision systems in Tang Dynasty are helpful in today＇s incorruptible construction.
