合成革用可调控彩色水性聚氨酯的研究进展

Research Progress of Colored Waterborne Polyurethane in Synthetic Leather

水性聚氨酯因优良的综合性能及较好的环保性能,使得其应用广泛。虽然水性聚氨酯已得到广泛应用,但目前为止,水性聚氨酯基本上仍是浅色或无色的。因此通过发色基团共价键化学合成法得到可调控彩色的水性聚氨酯正在兴起。目前合成彩色聚氨酯的方法主要包括:将小分子发色体基团通过"垂挂"、"封端"或者"嵌段"等方式加入到聚氨酯分子链中。

On account of excellent performance and preferable environmental protection performance,the applied fields of waterborne polyurethane（ WPU） are widely used. But the colors of WPU are undertone or achromatous. Thus,studies on colored WPU with chromophores by covalently combination reaction were proposed. The main methods of colored WPU included to graft,to end capping or to block the chromophore into WPU chain.
