摘要
随着航空发动机工作环境温度的不断提高,对润滑油热氧化安定性的要求也越来越严格。介绍了酯类航空润滑油抗氧剂分类及抗氧化机理;综述了氧化试管法、旋转氧弹法和扫描量热法等润滑油热氧化性评定方法,以及航空润滑油热氧化安定性研究现状。最后指出酯类航空润滑油热氧化安定性在发动机补油、换油和故障预测方法都具有现实意义。
Along with the increasing working temperature of aero engines,the requirement of thermal oxidation stability is becoming more and more serious. Antioxidants about ester aviation lubricating oils and their mechanisms of antioxidant were discussed. The oxidation test tube method,rotary oxygen bomb method and pressurized differential scanning calorimetry were summarized. Meanwhile, the current research about the thermal oxidation stability was analyzed. It was concluded that thermal oxidation stability will provide realistic significance for filling-oil,oil change and failure forecast of aero engines.
