Review of Current Research about Immune Enhancing Substances in Housefly Maggot

开发功能性保健食品用以增强机体的免疫功能是应用生化领域研究的热点。家蝇蝇蛆具有强大的免疫功能,且养殖简单、繁殖迅速,尤为研究的大热门[1],但至今未见关于蝇蛆免疫增强物质研究的综述总结。本文从蝇蛆体内的免疫增强物质的种类、作用机理、生理实验以及在保健品上的应用这四个方面综述了目前蝇蛆体内免疫增强物质的研究进展。

The development of functional health food products to enhance the body＇s immune function is a hotspot of research on application of biochemical field. The housefly maggot has strong immune function,and simple farming,breeding rapidly,so to be the big popular,but so far the research summary for the relevant areas is not found yet.Therefore,the current research progress for immune enhancing substances in vivo maggot was reviewed,according to the four aspects including the types of the immune enhancement material in vivo housefly maggot,the activity mechanism,the physiological experimental evidences,and the application in health foods.
