一种水泥助磨剂配方的研究及其性能测试

摘要 在水泥粉磨过程中加入水泥助磨剂,是提高生产效率和节约能耗的重要途径之一。为了降低助磨剂生产成本,选用化工废料聚合醇胺为原料,制备出一种液体水泥助磨剂,然后研究其对粉煤灰水泥物理化学性能的影响。实验结果表明:小于30μm的颗粒增加4.2%,0.08 mm筛筛余降低1.7%;凝结时间和安定性均合格,对实验水泥不仅起到了良好的助磨效果,也能提高水泥的中后期强度。 It is one of the important ways to improve the production efficiency and save energy consumption by adding cement grinding aids in the process of cement grinding. In order to solve the production costs,a new kind of liquid cement grinding aids was successfully prepared by polymeric alcohol amine as raw material. The effect of liquid grinding aids on physical and chemical performance of fly ash cement was systematically studied. Experiment results showed that liquid grinding aids had greater effect on grinding and strength of the cement pastes,the particles less than 30 μm increased by4. 2% and the rest in the 0. 08 mm sieve reduced by 1. 7%. The setting time and stability all met the national standards.The grinding aids increased strength of 3 d and 28 d of cement.
