摘要
通过分析1Cr13不锈钢在750℃Li-Na-K三种混合碳酸熔融盐中的腐蚀动力学曲线和热腐蚀后的形貌和物相组成,讨论了1Cr13不锈钢在这三种熔盐中的腐蚀机理,并进行了对比,分析了不同组成的Li-Na-K碳酸盐熔盐体系对不锈钢腐蚀的影响。结果表明:Li2CO3能够减缓腐蚀,阻止腐蚀的进一步进行,具有保护性,减缓表面裂纹出现的可能性;而K2CO3能够增大氧化膜的溶解性,具有一定的破坏性。
The phase composition and morphology of the 1Cr13 stainless steel in 750 ℃ Li-Na-K on three combined carbonate molten salt corrosion and hot corrosion kinetics were analyzed. The corrosion mechanism of 1Cr13 stainless steel in these three kinds of molten salt was discussed,and the effects of different composition of Li-Na-K carbonate molten salt corrosion were compared. The results showed that Li2CO3 can slow corrosion,prevent further corrosion and protective possibility of surface cracks mitigation,K2CO3 was capable of increasing the solubility of the oxide film,could destructive the surface.
