摘要
建立了一种用于测定土壤中石油烃类挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。以纯化后的硅藻土为基体,采用顶空技术对样品进行处理,并用气相色谱质谱联用(GC/MS)分析检测。通过优化样品前处理条件和仪器分析条件,取样2.0 g时,最低检出限为0.16~3.3μg/kg,加标浓度为0.2 mg/kg时,各化合物回收率为74%~111%,平行测定6次,相对标准偏差为2.3%~9.4%。该法简便、快速、重复性好、定性定量准确,适于土壤及固体废物中各类挥发性有机化合物的检测。
A determination method of the petroleum hydrocarbon volatile organic( VOCs) in soil by headspace gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( HS- GC / MS) with the purified diatomite as matrix was developed. Through the optimization of sample pretreatment conditions and conditions of instrumental analysis,the limits of detection( LOD) for VOCs ranged from 0. 16 μg / kg to 3. 3 μg / kg in 2. 0 g sample. Through samples spiked concentrations were 0. 2 g / kg for6 parallel determinations,the average recoveries spiked between 74% and 111%,relative standard deviations were between 2. 3% and 9. 4%. The method is simple,rapid,reproducible,and accurate,and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of VOCs in soil and solid waste.
