摘要
建立了清肺理气颗粒的质量标准。采用薄层色谱法对清肺理气颗粒中黄芩、栀子、橘红、桑白皮进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相对黄芩中的黄芩苷进行定量分析。结果表明:薄层色谱法可检出黄芩、栀子、橘红、桑白皮,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强。黄芩苷在31.50~504μg/m L范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.63%,RSD=1.76%,所建立的质量标准可有效的控制清肺理气颗粒的质量。
The quality standard for Qingfeiliqi Granules was established. Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Citrus reticulata Blanco and Morus alba L. were determined by TLC. Baicalin content was determined by HPLC. Results showed that Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Citrus reticulata Blanco and Morus alba L. could be identified by TLC,the spots were clear without interference. The quantitative method of Baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 31. 50 ~ 504 μg / m L( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery of Baicalin was97. 63%,and RSD was 1. 76%. It can be used effectively for the quality control of the preparation.
