简论中华“礼治”的六大核心理念

A Brief Discussion on the Six Core Concepts of Rule of China's Courtesy

中华"治道"之核心,是"礼治"。而"礼治"并非一种单独"治道",它只是"天治"、"君治"、"民治"三种"治道"之循环。三种"治道"循环相济相生、相制相克,就是所谓"礼治"。三种"治道"之循环,由六大核心理念支撑:天下主义、和而不同、广土众民、兴灭断绝、执两用中、返本开新。其中"天下主义"与"和而不同"偏向"天治"一方面;"广土众民"与"兴灭断绝"偏向"君治"一方面;"执两用中"与"返本开新"偏向"民治"一方面。"天下主义"对治"民族-国家主义","和而不同"对治"同而不和","广土众民"对治"小国寡民","兴灭继绝"对治"殖民主义","执两用中"对治"单边主义","返本开新"对治"弱肉强食"。前六大理念,共同指向"王道";后六大理念,共同指向"霸道"。"民族文化"之复兴,本质上应该是"民族核心理念"之复兴、古老"王道"之复兴。

The core of China＇s Governance is the rule of courtesy. Instead of the single Governance, the rule of courtesy is a cycle of three kinds of Governance of Heaven Governance, Monarch Governance and People Governance. They are both interconnected and antagonistically, which is called the rule of courtesy. The cycle of three kinds of Governance is supported by the six core concepts, that is, cosmopolitanism;harmony in diversity;vast land and numerous people;restore a fallen dynasty;holding the two and using the middle （have a sense of propriety and not go too far or overdo ）and innovation by returning to original, in which cosmopolitanism and harmony in diversity are in line with Heaven Governance; vast land and numerous people and restore a fallen dynasty are in line with Monarch Governance; holding the two and using the middle and innovation by returning to original are in line with People Governance. At the same time, cosmopolitanism corresponds to nation-state; harmony in diversity corresponds to harmony without uniformity; vast land and numerous people corresponds to small country with little people; restore a fallen dynasty corresponds to colonialism; holding the two and using the middle corresponds to unilateralism; innovating by returning to original con＇esponds to the law of the jungle. The former six concepts are related with kingcraft while the latter six concepts are related with hegemony. The rejuvenation of national culture should be the revival of national core concept and be the revival of old kingcraft in essence.
