高校图书馆编目员职能转变中的人才培养问题

Personnel Training in Catalogers' Role Transformation at University Library

电子资源和编目外包的普及使得高校图书馆的编目员面临工作量下降、工作需要转型的前景,但从图书馆保障书目数据质量的角度来看,编目员必不可少,在这种情况下,通过以图书录著标准进行多种资源建库、留出部分图书不外包、参加各种编目培训等途径培养编目员,长期稳定地保障书目数据的质量,进而提高用户的文献可保障率。

With the population of electronic resource and outsourcing of cataloging,catalogers in university library have to face the prospect of less work and role transformation. In order to control cataloging quality,catalogers are indispensable. We have to train catalogers by building multiple resource with cataloging book standard,by some book not outsourcing and by all kinds of external training.
