摘要
基于民航从业人员的疲劳影响因素和安检人员的工作特点,界定了安检人员疲劳风险的主要影响因素,建立了由工作因素、环境因素和员工自身因素3个风险要素模块和包括工作环境、工作强度、工作责任心等13项具体指标构成的评价指标体系。构造了各因素所对应评判集的隶属度矩阵,以各具体指标对安检人员的生理、心理状况和行为脆弱性的影响计算各要素模块的疲劳风险状况,采用熵权系数法计算各指标的具体权重和各要素模块的重要程度。实例分析表明,该模型具有可行性。
Taking the factors causing aviation employees fatigue and work characteristics of security staff into consideration, the assessment indicator system is put forward which comprises three risk elements modules and covers 13 indicators including work environment, work strength and staff responsibility. And their membership matrices are set. Based on the influence of each indicator on se curity staff, the fatigue risk of each module is assessed. The approach of comprehensive evaluation is applied into integrating the respective risk assessment to obtain the final risk grade. Experiments show that this proposed method is effective and reliable.
