基于四维航迹的空域灵活使用研究思路初探

Research Ideas on Flexible Use of Airspace Based on Four-Dimensional Flight Track

基于四维航迹的空域灵活使用以优化利用、精细管理空域资源为目标,有利于从根本上提高航空运输的快捷性、舒适性与社会满意度。本文简要介绍了欧美航空发达国家和地区空域灵活使用与四维航迹管理技术的研究、应用情况,分析了其发展特点,结合我国国情,探讨了我国基于四维航迹的空域灵活使用研究要点与发展趋势,提出了基本研究框架和相应的研究路线,为我国空域管理技术的发展提供了新思路与合理化建议。

With the aim to optimize the utilization and management of airspace, flexible use of airspace based on four-dimensional flight track is in favor of improving efficiency, convenience and social satisfaction of air transportation. The paper briefly introduces the flexible use of airspace in America and Europe and present research on four-dimensional flight track management. Then the characteristics are analyzed. Considering the condition of China, the paper finally discusses the research trends and puts forward the basic research framework and the corresponding research method. It is expected to provide new ways or reasonable proposals for Chinese airspace management.
