我国钢铁企业海外铁矿石定价权缺失的原因及对策研究

Research on the Cause of Lack of Overseas Iron Ore Pricing Power of China's Iron and Steel Enterprises and Its Countermeasure

铁矿石价格上涨和铁矿石定价机制变化使得我国钢铁企业面临重重压力。在阐述国际铁矿石定价规则变化、我国铁矿石供需状况以及铁矿石定价权缺失对钢铁企业及后续产业影响的基础上,运用产业理论和博弈方法,研究了铁矿石供需双方市场势力、双方在各自行业内的合谋与博弈以及行业联盟是否形成等问题,最后提出了提高我国钢铁企业海外铁矿石定价权的对策建议。

The increasing price of iron ore and the variation of pricing mechanism of iron ore pushed China ＇s iron and steel enterprises to face huge pressure. Based on the presentation of the pricing rules variation of international iron ore, supply and demand situation of China＇s supply and demand, and the impact of lack of iron ore pricing power on the iron and steel enterprises and the follow-up industry, this paper uses industrial theory and game method to study the dual market force of supply and demand of iron ore, the collusion and game of each side and formation of profession alliance or not, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to increase the pricing power
