在经济新常态状况下,房地产市场价格波动对居民消费的影响呈现出一些新特点,政府调控政策也应与时俱进作出相应调整,以确保取得更好的调控效果。在阐述新常态下我国房地产市场价格调控政策现状基础上,研究了房地产价格对居民消费的影响及影响房地产市场的主要因素,进而借鉴发达国家相关经验,提出了完善房地产市场发展的对策建议。

In the New Normal, the impact of price fluctuation in the real estate market on resident consumption exhibited some new characteristics, and the governmental control policy should make according adjustment to ensure the better effect.Based on the presentation of control policy status quo of China＇s real estate market price in the New Normal, this paper studies the impact of the real estate price on resident consumption and the main influencing factors, and puts forward the perfection countermeasures according to the relevant experience from the developed countries.
