全球价值链视角下山东省加工贸易转型升级研究

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of Processing Trade of Shandong Province from the Perspective of Global Value Chain

加工贸易是山东省对外贸易的主要方式,对山东经济发展、技术进步和产业结构调整起到重要作用。从全球价值链视角分析山东省加工贸易现状和面临的问题,提出由价值链中间向两端拉伸的链条内升级,由低附加值向高附加值调整的链条间升级和加工贸易经营主体转型升级路径。在此基础上提出加强配套产业发展、鼓励加工贸易企业自主创新、推动加工贸易梯度转移、推进本土内资企业发展、加快培养引进人才等促进山东省加工贸易转型升级的对策建议。

Processing trade is the main way of foreign trade in Shandong Province, which plays an important role in the economic development, technological progress and industrial structure adjustment of Shandong province. An analysis of the current situation and problems of Shandong Province in the process of processing trade from the perspective of global value chain, it puts forward the path that by the middle of the value chain to the ends of the chain to upgrade, from the low added value to the high value-added chain upgrade and upgrading of processing trade operators. On this basis, the paper puts forward the strategy that improve the relevant policies of processing trade, strengthen supporting industry development; encourage the processing trade enterprises independent innovation; promote the processing trade gradient transfer, promote the development of local domestic funded enterprises; speed up the cultivation of talent introduction to develop the processing trade of Shandong province.
