抗氧剂1790对PP管材专用料的加工稳定性及高温热氧老化效能的评价 被引量:2

摘要 采用精炼加工、流变试验及长期热氧老化试验方法对抗氧化聚丙烯(PP)体系进行加工稳定性及抗热氧化效能评价,比较了抗氧剂1790及1010对PP动态热剪切老化和静态热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,抗氧剂1790可以很好地改善PP树脂的加工性能和热稳定性能,添加抗氧剂1790的PP经150℃、2000 h热老化后,拉伸强度保持125%,伸长率保持80%。 Processing stability and thermal oxidation were evalued by the refining process, rheological test and long-term thermal oxidative aging test methods for antioxidant poly proprene (PP) system. Effects of antioxidant1790 and 1010 on the dynamic heat shear ageing and the staic heated oxygen ageing of PP were compared. The results showed that the antioxidant 1790 is a very effective for modified processing property and thermal stability of PP. The PP contained antioxidant 1790 through themal ageing tests at 150 ℃ for 2000 h, the tensile strength retains 125% and the elongation retains 80% of the original sample.
