Opportunities and Challenges of “Thirteenth Five-year Plan” Research Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

"十三五"是贯彻国家"四个全面"总体布局,加快发展现代职业教育的重要时期,国家要"基本建成中国特色现代职业教育体系",为"全面建成小康社会"提供人力资源支撑,离不开高职科研发展。为谋划好"十三五"高职院校科研发展,从前所未有的"职教发展形势、职教发展新常态、高职创新发展"三方面,分析了高职科研前所未有的发展机遇,从高职科研的"要求高、任务重、基础薄"三方面,提出了高职科研面临的发展挑战。

The ＂Thirteenth Five-year Plan＂ is an important period of implementing the national overall layout, accelerating the development of modern vocational education. The country will basically complete modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics, provide humeri resource support for the completion of a comprehensive weU-off society, which isn＇ t inseparable from the scientific research development in higher vocational colleges. For a good development plan of the scientific research in vocational colleges, from an unprecedented three aspects, such as ＂vocational education development situation, development of new normal, higher vocational education innovation and development＂, the author analyzes the unprecedented developing opportunities of scientific research in higher vocational colleges. From the following three aspects of scientific research in higher vocational college, such as the high requirement, heavy task and thin foundation, the author puts forward the developing challenges of the scientific research in higher vocational college.
