人文教育视域下高职思想政治教育改革

Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of Humanistic Education

由于招生准入条件过低,高职学生呈现出独特的心理特征、思想特征与行为特征,高职院校思想政治教育工作面临着挑战。面对此形势,思想政治教育需融入人文教育,引进人文教育理念,摒弃传统工具式教育的思维模式;融入人文知识教学内容,摒弃传统思想政治教育单调的理论教学内容模式;融入人文教育教学方式,摒弃传统思想政治教育灌输式教学方式,以期达到加强和改进新形势下高职院校思想政治教育宣传思想工作的目的。

Because of the low enrollment mode, the vocational students have unique psychological characteristics, ideological characteristics and behavior characteristics, the ideological and political education in vocational colleges are facing challenges. So the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should be integrated into the humanistic education. First, the concept of humanistic education is to be introduced in the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges, and abandons the traditional tool mode of thinking of ideological and political education. Second, the teaching content of human knowledge is integrated into the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges, and abandons the traditional monotonous theoretical teaching content model of ideological and political education. Third, the teaching method of humanistic education is integrated into the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges, and abandons the traditional teaching methods of ideological and political education, in order to strengthen and improve the nrovaganda work of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
