一体化在商务礼仪教学中的运用

理实一体化是近年高职专业课教学中普遍推广的一种创新的教学模式,它将理论知识与实践技能融于一体,注重技能训练、理论联系实际,重视学生创新能力和综合能力的培养,充分体现了高等职业教育的特色,效果显著。一体化在基础课的教学中却很少应用,有些基础课程如商务礼仪完全可以使用这种模式,以保证教学的有效性。通过分析商务礼仪课教学现状,提出了运用一体化教学的一些办法。

Theory and practice integration is a kind of innovative teaching mode, which integrates theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the teaching of higher vocational education. It pays attention to skills training, combines theory with practice, focuses on the cultivation of students＇ innovation ability and comprehensive ability, which fully embodies the higher vocational features, with obvious effect. Integration is rarely used in the teaching of basic courses. Some basic courses such as business etiquette can use this model to ensure the effectiveness of teaching. Through the analysis of the present situation of business etiauette teaching, some methods are t）ut forward.
