摘要
文章介绍了利用激光干涉仪检测技术和FANUC 0i MD数控系统螺距误差补偿功能,针对QP2033-L精密四轴加工中心加工产品出现X轴方向尺寸超差较大的现象,对其进行定位精度检测并补偿,这样可提高机床的精度。
This introduces the compensation function of pitch error by the laser interferometer detection technology and the FAUNC 0i MD CNC system, and detects and compensates its position accuracy in view of the phenomenon of big size deviation in X direction in processing parts at the QP2033 - L four - axis machining center. In this way, file accuracy of machine tools will be improved.
