高职院校教师职业操守问题研究

Research on Vocational College Teachers' Professional Ethics

职业操守是本职人员在职业活动中必须遵循的道德准则、道德情操与道德品质的总和,教师职业操守是教师在教育活动中必须遵守的道德规范、行为准则以及师德修养等。从诠释教师职业道德操守的含义入手,分析高职院校教师职业操守存在的主要问题及原因,提出了加强高职院校教师职业操守建设的路径与方法。

Professional ethics is the summation of moral code, moral sentiment and moral trait for working staff to follow, and teachers＇ professional ethics is the the summation of moral standard, code of conduct and teacher＇ s moral cuhivation for teachers to follow in their teaching. This paper, by explaining the implication of the professional morality and ethics for teachers, analyzes the main problems and causes in carrying out the professional ethics by vocational college teachers and puts forward the path and method to strengthen the construction of the professional ethics for vocational college teachers.
