在高职院校教务管理工作中实行柔性管理,有利于进一步提升高职院校教学质量和教务管理工作效率。在系统分析柔性管理特征的基础上,对在高职院校教育管理中实行柔性管理的重要作用进行简要论述,并为柔性管理工作的实际开展提出建议,以期提升高职院校教务管理水平,为教师和学生提供更为优质的教务服务。

In the educational administration of vocational colleges, the flexible management helps to promote the efficiency of the teaching quality and the educational administration in the colleges. Based on the analysis of the characteris-tics of flexible management, the important function of the flexible management in vocational colleges is discussed, and suggestions are put forward for carrying out the flexible management to improve the level of educational administration in vo-cational colleges and to provide better service for teachers and students.
