浅析PLC教学中停止按钮与输入软元件使用的误区

Analysis of the Erroneous Zones in the Use of the Stop Button and Input Soft Components in PLC Teaching

文章以PLC教学中常见的电机启停控制实例为例,指出了PLC教学中关于停止按钮与输入软元件的使用存在与实际工程安全要求不相符的教学误区,此误区可能导致实际应用上的安全隐患。并从工程实际出发,给出了工程上的正确做法及消除安全隐患的详细分析。希望引起初涉PLC课程教学的同行对类似情况的重视,使PLC教学更贴近工程实际。

This paper takes the example of common motor starting and stopping control in PLC teaching, and points out that there are some erroneous zones in the use of the stop button and input soft components in PLC teaching and the actual project safety requirements, which may cause potential safety hazards in practical application. And starting from the actual project,the correct method and the detailed analysis of eliminating the potential safety hazards are given. The purpose is to arouse the attention of the starting counterparts in PLC teaching on similar situations, and make the PLC teaching more close to the actual project.
