重庆市永川区青少年未婚先孕人工流产现状调查及对策

Survey on status quo of unmarried teenage pregnancy artificial abortion in Yongchuan district of Chongqing and its coping strategies

目的了解永川区青少年未婚先孕流产的特征,分析导致未婚青少年人工流产的根本原因及发展趋势,提出应对策略。方法对永川区22个乡镇医疗单位及11个城区医疗单位2011年10月至2014年9月的人工流产总数进行汇总;抽查其中3个医疗机构门诊人工流产相关指标进行分析(一级医院、二级医院、三级医院各1个)。结果人工流产总数逐年增加;3所医疗机构3年未婚先孕流产青少年平均年龄分别为19.8、19.1、18.7岁;3年间未婚流产中高中及以下文化程度的分别占40.7%、34.9%、20.9%,大专及以上文化程度的分别占59.3%、65.1%、79.4%。结论永川区未婚女性人工流产人数较多,且有快速增长趋势;不论文化程度高低,青少年婚前性行为都比较严重。因此,青少年的生殖健康教育应从小开始,层层深入,让青少年学会爱、懂得生命的可贵,才是有效降低青少年未婚先孕流产的关键。

Objective To understand the feature of unmarried teenage pregnancy abortion in Yongchuan district,to analyze the primary causes and development trend of unmarried teenage pregnancy abortion and to put forward the coping strategies.Methods The total number of abortions in 11 medical units and 22 villages and towns of Yongchuan district from October 2011 to September 2014 was collected and summarized.The related indexes of artificial abortion were extracted from the outpatient department of 3 medical institutions（1primary hospital,secondclass hospital and 1tertiary hospital）and analyzed.Results The total number of artificial abortions was increased year by year;the average age of unmarried abortion teenagers in these 3 medical institutions was 19.8,19.1,18.7 years old respectively.The high school education level or below accounted for 40.7%,34.9% and 20.9%in these 3years.The college educational level or above accounted for 59.3%,65.1% and 79.4%respectively.Conclusion The number of unmarried teenager artificial abortion is bigger in Yongchuan district and shows the rapidly increasing trend;no mater high or low cultural levels,the unmarried teenage sexual behavior is serious.Therefore the adolescent reproductive health education should be started from childhood,layer upon layer,adolescent learning to love and cherishing life are the key to effectively reduce the unmarried teenage pregnancy abortion.
