血清镁水平与糖尿病的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨镁在糖尿病(DM)患者糖代谢中的作用。方法将研究对象分为三组:糖尿病组、肥胖人群、健康人群。分别测定三组研究对象的腰臀比(WHR)、体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、血清镁、空腹胰岛素水平以及胰岛素抵抗指数,并进行两两比较。结果糖尿病组与其他两组相比血清镁水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),BMI、空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低血清镁水平可能影响糖尿病患者糖代谢,提高血清镁水平可以降低糖尿病患者的血糖水平,改善糖代谢紊乱。 Objective To explore the role of blood magnesium in diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods The research subjects were divided into 3 groups:DM group,obesity group and healthy people group.The body mass index(BMI),waist-hip-ratio(WHR),fasting insulin(FIN),fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum magnesium(Mg)and insulin resistance index(IR)were detected in 3 groups.The detection results were performed the pairwise comparison.Results Serum Mg level in the DM group was significantly decreased compared with the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01),while BMI,fasting FBG and IR were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion Hypomagnesemia may affect the glucose metabolism in DM patients,increasing serum Mg level can reduce FBG level and improve the glucose metabolism disorder.
