摘要 Zohar在1980年对以色列制造业的安全调查研究中首次提出安全氛围的理念,并将之定义为"组织内员工共享的对于具有风险的工作环境的认知"。从此安全氛围这一概念引起了各国学者的广泛关注,并对其做了多方研究,综合来看可以将安全氛围概括为——企业员工对待安全问题的态度,并且这种态度影响了企业、管理者、员工对待安全的行为。时至今日,安全氛围的理念被运用于多个领域,其目的就是更好地管理员工情绪保证生产安全。
