摘要
预应力混凝土结构被广泛地运用于现代工程建设中,结构的现存应力值对评估结构的工作性能发挥着重要作用,如何准确快速地测量出预应力混凝土结构现存应力一直是工程界较为棘手的问题。在传统的应力释放法测量混凝土结构应力技术的基础上,提出新型切槽法。该方法能通过扁型千斤顶技术消除混凝土弹性性能的不确定性,使测量过程更简便,测量结果更精确。实验结果证明新型切槽法测量误差在工程允许范围之内。
Prestressed concrete structures are widely used in modern construction,and the existing stress is important in the work performance evaluation of structure. So how to quickly and accurately measure the existing stress of the prestressed concrete structure is always a difficult problem. The new grooving method based on the traditional stress release method of concrete structure stress measurement can use the flat jack technology to eliminate the uncertainty of the elastic properties of the concrete,and make the measurement more convenient and accurate. The new grooving method is verified by experiments,and the experimental results show that the error can meet the project requirements.
