泥页岩膨胀仪性能改进研究

摘要 黏土稳定剂作为一种重要的添加剂,广泛地被应用于油气藏开发过程中。为更好地评价其防膨性能,优选出合适的黏土稳定剂,需采用更有效的评价方法和仪器。通过对比现有评价方法的优缺点,发现室内试验常用的评价静态防膨率的膨胀仪法存在一定不足:重复性较差,实验误差较大,导致测试结果不准确。本次研究对膨胀仪测试方法进行改进,采用岩芯粉末和膨润土分别对2种黏土稳定剂进行线性防膨率测试。实验结果表明,改进后的评价结果更加准确可靠。 As a kind of important additives,clay stabilizer is widely applied to reservoir development process. In order to evaluate the performance of clay stabilizer for better use and optimize the proper clay stabilizer,we need to adopt more effective evaluation methods and instruments. Through the comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,we found that dilatometer method had certain deficiencies: poor repeatability,great experiment error and inaccurate test results. Therefore,in this paper,the expansion device was improved,and then made use of the core powder and bentonite respectively to test two kinds of clay stabilizer for linear expansion rate. The experiments showed that the evaluation results of improved dilatometer are more accurate and reliable.
