摘要
目的分析并探讨椎间盘镜下微创植骨治疗股骨、胫骨骨折术后骨不连临床疗效。方法选取接受治疗的股骨、胫骨骨折术后骨不连患者120例,根据治疗方案将其分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察组采用椎间盘镜下微创植骨进行治疗,对照组采用带锁髓内针附加锁定钢板加压植骨进行治疗,观察二组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗优良率为83.33%,有效率为100.00%。对照组治疗优良率为66.67%,有效率为100%。观察组治疗优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间为(61.33±11.32)min,术中出血量为(101.23±12.32)ml,住院时间为(8.34±2.32)d,骨折愈合时间为(6.34±1.23)个月。对照组手术时间为(83.42±14.53)min,术中出血量为(243.13±30.54)ml,住院时间为(11.32±3.12)d,骨折愈合时间为(15.34±2.43)个月。观察组各项指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎间盘镜下微创植骨治疗股骨、胫骨骨折术后骨不连,临床效果显著,且术后恢复快,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of ntervertebral disc microscopically minimally invasive treatment of bone graft on femoral bone,tibia fracture nonunion.Methods From August2005 August 2011 in author's hospital for treatment of femur,tibia fracture nonunion after 120 patients,according to the treatment plan,were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.Observation group accepted minimally invasive endoscopic intervertebral bone graft for treatment,while the control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary bone needle additional locking compression plate for treatment,the treatment effects were observed.Results The effective rate of two groups was both 100.00%,but excellent rate of the observation group was 83.33%,significantly higher than the control group(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05).The operative time(61.33±11.32)min,blood loss(101.23±12.32)ml,hospitalization time(8.34±2.32)d and fracture healing time(6.34±1.23)months in the observation group were obviously superior to the control group(they were operation time(83.42±14.53)min,blood loss(243.13±30.54)ml,hospitalization time(11.32±3.12)d,fracture healing time(15.34±2.43)months,respectively),the differences were statistically significant(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive endoscopic disc shows significant clinical effect and rapid postoperative recovery in the treatment of femoral bone and tibia fracture nonunion,and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
