摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动对缩短眼科患者离院等待时间的影响,以改进护理质量,提高患者满意度。方法成立品管圈活动小组,对活动前出院患者进行调查,对导致眼科住院患者离院等待时间过长的原因进行探讨和分析,并针对性的改进。结果通过品管圈活动,患者的平均离院时间缩短到了(65±12.4)min,出院流程单项满意度提高到了94.6%,整体满意度评分提高到了(95.0±1.6)分。活动开展前后对比,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能有效缩短眼科患者离院等待时间,提高病床利用率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the quality control circle activities for decreasing the time of ophthalmic patients waiting for departure from the hospital,and to improve the quality of care and the patients satisfaction.Methods We set up a QCC group to discusse and analyze the possible factors to longer waiting time for ophthalmic in words patients.Results Through QCC activity,the patient's average departure time decreased to 65±12.4min,the satisfaction with the discharge process increased to 94.6%,the overall satisfaction score increased to 95.0%±1.6%.Conclusion The QCC activities effectively decrease the hospital waiting time for ophthalmic patients on departure,speed up the sickbed utilization rate,improve patients satisfaction.
