摘要
利用正交试验的方法,对某选铁尾矿回收硫试验进行了系统研究。通过极差分析,对选硫的粗选条件进行了优化。结果表明,各因素对粗选作业回收率的影响程度依次为浮选时间>2#油用量>丁基黄药用量>硫酸铜用量。采用两粗一精一扫的闭路流程,可以获得品位为48.36%,回收率为83.93%的硫精矿。
The systematic experimental study on recovering sulfur from iron tailings was carried out by the orthogonal experiments. The conditions of roughing were optimized by range analysis. The experimental results showed that the influence degree of each factor on recovery in the roughing was flotation time〉pine camphor oil dosage〉butyl xanthate dosage〉 copper sulfate dosage. The closed circuit adopted two roughings, one cleaning and one scavenging and a sulfur concentrate with grade of 48. 36% and recovery of 83.93% was obtained.
