摘要
依据CaSO4-H3PO4-H2O和CaSO4-H2SO4-H3PO4-H2O相图,设计了5种模拟体系研究CaSO4体系的结晶和转化过程。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和激光粒度分析仪对结晶物进行表征,优选出CaHPO4·2H2O质量分数为8.8%,H2SO4为5.0%,H3PO4为6.9%,H2O为79.3%的多元CaHPO4·2H2O-H2SO4-H3PO4-H2O体系作为研究CaSO4·2H2O的模拟结晶体系,并应用于湿法磷酸生产中CaSO4·2H2O结晶过程的研究与分析。
Five simulated systems were designed to investigate the crystallization and transformation process of CaSO4 on the ba sis of the phase diagrams of CaSO4-H3 PO4-H2O and CaSO4-H2SO4-H3PO4-H2O. The crystal products were characterized with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and laser particle size analyzer. The multi-component system of CaHPO4· 2H2O- H2SO4-H3PO4-H2O, consisting of CaHPO4·2H2O, H2SO4, HaPO4 and H2O with a content of 8.8%, 5.0%, 6.9%, and 79. 3% respectively, was selected as a crystal system to study CaSO4· 2H2O, which was further applied to investigate the crystallization process of CaSO4·2H2O in wet process phosphate acid pro duction.
