体验经济时代下的B2C电子商务发展创新 被引量:1

摘要 本文从体验经济理论和体验营销出发,通过分析B2C电子商务中的体验经济元素,分别提出了基于在线评论、3D展示、虚拟商城、BT模式商品展示、体验网络购物商城等在内的B2C电子商务商品虚拟展示和实物展示营销创新措施,以希望能够对B2C电子商务企业开展体验营销创新和完善体验营销学科体系有所裨益。
