摘要
随着胃癌的研究进展,学者发现脾门淋巴结转移与预后相关,其诊断和治疗成为目前研究的热点之一。该综述总结了近五年来进展期胃癌脾门淋巴结转移的高危因素及保脾与切脾两种清扫术式。
With the progress of gastric cancer study, researchers found that splenic hilar lymph nodes metastasis is related with prognosis, the diagnosis and treatment become one of the hot pot of research. This paper summarized the risk factors for the past, five years of advanced gastric splenic hilar lymph node metastasis and the dissection type of splenectomy and spleen-preserving.
