摘要
实验采用传统植物内生菌分离方法,从一株蓝果树科植物的根、枝、叶片上分离得到16株内生真菌;通过对峙抑菌试验筛选得到2株具有抑菌活性的内生真菌,编号为G-1、G-4,并对这2株内生真菌进行发酵,对发酵液做抑菌试验,结果显示,此2株内生菌具有较明显的抑菌作用。
In this experiment,we obtained 16 endophytic fungiuse isolated from the roots,branches and leaves of a blue fruit plant,using the traditional method of endophyte separation;we obtained two endophytic fungi with antibac?terial activity through the antimicrobial test,G-1,G-4,and ferment this two endophytic fungi,test the antibacterial of the fermentation broth,the results showed that the two endophyte with more pronounced bacteriostasis.
