磷酸化表皮生长因子受体与鼻咽癌患者预后关系的研究

Study on the Relationship between the Phosphorylated Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor and the Prognosis of Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

摘要 目的:观察磷酸化表皮生长因子受体与鼻咽癌患者预后的关系。方法:选择2012年1月-2013年6月在本院治疗的107例鼻咽癌患者的病理标本行磷酸化表皮生长因子受体检测,根据结果分成阳性和阴性两组,阴性组47例,阳性组60例,两组患者均行同步放化疗,治疗后定期随访,分析比较两组的总生存率、无进展生存率和无局部区域复发生存率。结果:两组3年总生存率及3年无进展生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴性组3年无局部区域复发生存率高于阳性组,比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:磷酸化表皮生长因子受体与鼻咽癌的总生存及无进展生存无相关性,与鼻咽癌的局部控制生存有相关性。 Objective:To observe the relationship between the phosphorylated epidermal growth factor receptor and the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:The phosphorylated epidermal growth factor receptor in pathological specimens of patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 for nasopharyngeal carcinoma was detected.These patients were divided into two groups according to the detection result,with 47 patients in the negative group and 60 patients in the positive group.Patients in the two groups were treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy and were given routine follow-up after the treatment.The overall survival rate,progression free survival rate and locoregional failure-free survival rate were analyzed and compared.Result:The differences in overall survival rates in three years and progression free survival rates in three years in the two groups were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).The locoregional failure-free survival rate of the negative group was higher than that of the positive group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:There is no correlation between phosphorylated epidermal growth factor receptor and the overall survival and progression free survival,but it is correlated with the locoregional control of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
