The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Community Nursing Staff in Xuzhou City

摘要 目的:分析徐州市社区护理人员岗位培训的现状及需求,并分析其相关原因,为进一步规范社区护理人员岗位培训提供参考依据,从而在培训层次上改善社区护理情况。方法:在徐州市范围内对26家社区卫生服务中心的护理人员进行问卷调查和现场访谈。结果:调查人群中岗位培训次数在3次及以下的人占77.8%,社区护士最愿意接受的培训方式是理论教授(48.1%)和短期培训(34.3%),94.5%的人员认为有必要进行社区护士岗位培训,且99%的人员愿意参加护士岗位培训。结论:应结合社区护理人员需求进行规范性、实用性和科学性专业的培训,以提高社区护理人员的工作能力和工作效率。 Objective:To investigate the present situation and demand of Xuzhou community nursing job training,analyze the related causes,provide reference for regulating job training and improve the level of community nursing.Method:110 nurses were selected from 26 community health centre in Xuzhou,they were conducted to answer questionnaires concerning community health service centers and field-interviews.Result: People in the survey who accepted the nursing job training for three times or less than three times accounted for 77.8%,the most popular training methods were theory teaching(48.1%) and short-term training(34.3%).94.5% staff concluded that there was a need for community nurses in training and 99% of the persons willing to participate in job training for nurses.Conclusion:Job training should be combined with community nursing demands of normative, with practical and scientific professional training, the working ability and work efficiency of nurses will be largely improved.
