系统护理干预改善病毒性脑炎患儿临床疗效的应用价值

Application Value of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Improving the Clinical Curative Effect of Viral Encephalitis in Children

目的:分析并探究系统护理干预改善病毒性脑炎患儿临床疗效的应用价值。方法:选取2013年1-12月本院收治的病毒性脑炎患儿92例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例,给予对照组患者常规的护理,在对照组的基础上,给予治疗组患者系统护理干预。观察比较两组治疗后临床症状缓解的时间以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理干预有助于病毒性脑炎患儿的治疗,可明显提高病毒性脑炎患儿的治愈率并改善其临床症状,值得临床上广泛的推广和应用。

Objective：To analyze and explore the application value of nursing intervention in improving the clinical curative effect of viral encephalitis in children.Method：92 cases of viral encephalitis children in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with each group 46 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing and the treatment group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The time of clinical symptoms remission and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result：The time of clinical symptoms remission of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Systematic nursing intervention is good for the treatment of viral encephalitis in children.It can improve the cure rate and improve the clinical symptoms of viral encephalitis in children.It is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinic.
