护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者心理的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Psychological Uremic Dialysis Patients

目的:观察综合护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者饮食依从性及心理状态的影响。方法:将本院2013年7月-2014年6月期间经确诊的78例尿毒症血液透析患者纳入研究对象,按照护理方案不同将其分为对照组和干预组,每组各39例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组护理基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后饮食依从性、心理状态变化。结果:护理后,两组患者饮食依从性评分均明显提高,且干预组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后焦虑评分较护理前均明显下降,但干预组较对照组下降更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施综合护理干预可有效改善患者心理状态,提高其饮食依从性,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patient compliance diet and mental state in the uremic hemodialysis patients.Method：78 patients who diagnosed as uremic hemodialysis in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into the the control group and the intervention group according to the different nursing plan,39 cases in each group.The control group was given usual care,the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The changes of dietary compliance and psychological state before and after nursing between the two groups were compared.Result：After nursing,the dietary compliance scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before nursing,and that of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with before nursing,the anxiety scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly decreased,and that of the intervention group was decreased more significantly than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of patients and improve their diet adherence,is worthy of clinical promotion.
