健步汤配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究

The Study of Jianbu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察健步汤配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用健步汤辨证随证加减治疗,对照组采用云南白药胶囊联合双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗,两组均配合针刺治疗,治疗20 d,观察并比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为96%,对照组有效率为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健步汤配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Jianbu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method：100 cases of lumber disc prolapse were randomly divied into treatment group and control group, each of 50 cases.The treatment group were treated with Jianbu decoction and acupuncture, while the control group were treated with Yunnan Baiyao capsules,diclofenac sodium enteric coated tablets and acupuncture. The course for 20 days, and then the curative effect of two groups were observed and compared.Result：After treatment,therapeutic efficiency ratio of the treatment group was 96%,which was statisfically higher than that of 70% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Jianbu decoction combined with acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation.
