长深D平12井优快钻井技术

摘要 长深D平12井是位于吉林油田长深气田的一口小井眼长水平段水平井,设计井深5322m,水平段长1500m。该井在施工过程中针对邻井二开井段青山口—泉头组无法使用PDC钻头,以及三开水平段无法使用PDC钻头等难题开展技术攻关。对二开部分层位PDC钻头先期损坏和三开PDC钻头卡钻现象的关键细节进行研究;通过降低二开的钻井液失水增强了井壁的稳定,为PDC钻头的使用提供了条件;分析得出了三开PDC钻头卡钻的原因并采取有效措施,使得PDC钻头在三开井段顺利使用;并将"经验中总结得出的科学规律"作为指导下部施工的依据。大幅度提高了钻井速度,圆满完成了该井的施工任务,创造了该地区多项钻井记录,降低了该井二开、三开井段的钻头使用数量。 The well of Changshen D Ping 12 is a slim hole and long horizontal wells located in gas field of the Jilin Oilfield with the design depth of 5322m, the horizontal segment of length 1500m. In the construction process for adjacent wells can not be used PDC drill bits, as well as can not be used PDC drill bit and other problems, we tackle technical problems. Some pre--damaged of PDC bits and three critical details on PDC bits sticking phenomenon were studied and enhance the stability of the borehole wall by reducing Filtration, and provided the conditions for the use of PDC bits. The reasons were analyzed for the PDC bits sticking and take effective measures to make PDC bits to successfully use~ summary derived from the laws of science and experience as a basis for the guidance of the next construction. Substantial increase in drilling speed, the success- ful completion of the task of construction of the well, creating a number of well log for the region, reducing drill the number.
