摘要
针对实验中用到的空气助力雾化喷嘴,应用计算流体力学软件Fluent建立了空气助力雾化喷嘴内部流场的三维模型,对该喷嘴的内部流场进行了数值模拟。对模拟的流场速度、压力等参数进行了分析,为改善空气助力雾化喷嘴的质量提供了理论依据和预测。
Based on an air-assistant nozzle that has been used in the flow field within an air-assistant nozzle were build by our experiment, a three-dimensional model for fluid dynamics software Fluent. Numerical simulations were also made for the nozzle. The velocities and pressures were analyzed. A theoretical gist and prediction can be provided for improving spray of the air-assistant atomizing nozzle.
