摘要
CO2超临界萃取蜂胶,避免了蜂胶中"热敏性""易氧化"萜烯类、芳香性活性物质的变性、挥发、氧化等问题。CO2价格便宜,纯度高,容易取得,且在生产过程中循环使用,从而降低成本。50g样品提取率提高了0.048%,100g样品提取率提高0.075%,200g样品提取率提高0.12%,辅助超声波萃取处理蜂胶的萃取效率大大提高。
The method of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology in propolis extraction can avoid degeneration, volatilization, and oxidation of heat-sensitive and easy-to-oxidation active substances. CO2 is cheap, high purity, easy to obtain, and can be recycled in the process of production, which can reduce costs and increase extraction efficiency. Assisted ultrasonic extraction technology can also improve the extraction efficiency. This method can improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
