掺假乌梢蛇的鉴别

Identification of Zaocys Dhumnades Adulteration

目的讨论掺假乌梢蛇形态学鉴别与PCR鉴别结合的可行性。方法采用形态学鉴别方法对掺假乌梢蛇样品进行初步分拣,用PCR鉴别方法进行最终确认。结果对形态疑似的乌梢蛇样品进行PCR鉴别发现,在300bp^400bp间未出现目的条带。结论在形态学鉴别的基础上进行PCR鉴别是一种高效可行的日常鉴别手段。

OBJECTIVE To study the feasibility of the combination of Morphological Identification and PCR identification METHODS PCR method was used for final identification after Morphological Identification for primary sorting. RESULTS 300 ~ 400 bp DNA fragment was amplified form Zaocys dhumnades whereas no any fragment from Zaocys dhumnades adulteration under the same condition. CONCLUSION PCR identification after primary Morphological sorting is effective for routine identification.
