摘要
目的建立芦荟配方颗粒芦荟苷的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法 Shim-pack CLC-ODS-C18柱(6.0×150mm,10μm);流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75),流速:1.0m L·min^-1;柱温:35℃;检测波长355nm。结果芦荟苷在0.1612~1.6120μg范围内有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为98.50%(RSD=0.35%,n=6)。结论该方法简便快捷、准确、无干扰,可作为芦荟配方颗粒的内控质量标准。
OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of aloin content in aloe dispensing granule. METHODS Shim-pack CLC-ODS-C18 column was used with the mobile phase being a mixture Acetonitrile-water( 25∶ 75),flow rate being 1. 0m L·min^-1,column temperature being 35℃,detecting wavelength being 355 nm. RESULTS The linear relationship of aloin from 0. 1612 ~1. 6120μg,The average recovery was 98. 50%( RSD = 0. 35%,n = 6). CONCLUSION The method is simple and quick、accurate、and no interference,and can be used for the quality control of aloe dispensing granule.
