摘要
目的检测目前部分市售蜂胶胶囊中黄酮类化合物的含量,为蜂胶及其制剂的质量标准提供可靠的理论依据,同时也为消费者购买蜂胶产品提供参考。方法用乙醇作为提取溶剂,超声波法提取样品中黄酮成分。以芦丁为对照品,Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH为显色剂,用紫外可见分光光度法在500nm处测定蜂胶产品中黄酮类化合物的含量。结果 9种蜂胶样品总黄酮含量高低顺序排列为07>06>03>05>04>02>01>08,09号样品未检测到黄酮。结论该方法方便准确,重现性好,测定结果能反应客观实际,可作为蜂胶胶囊的质量标准。市售蜂胶黄酮含量参差不齐,品质差异较大。
OBJECTIVE By determining the content of flavonoids in propolis capsul to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the quality standards,and also a reference for consumers to buy propolis. METHODS Use ethanol as a solvent extraction,ultrasound extraction for the extraction of flavonoids. Rutin was used for a reference substance and Na NO2-Al( NO3)3-Na OH as color reagent. UV Spectrophotomet was employed to determine the content of flavonoids products in propolis products and the samples were determined at 500 nm. RESULTS The content of total flavonoids in order of frequency for 9 propolis samples was 07〉 06 〉03〉 05 〉04〉 02〉 01〉 08,09 samples were not detected flavonoids. CONCLUSION The method is easy-to-handle with good accuratcy and reproduciblity,and the result can objectively reflect the reality. It can be used as the quality standards of propolis Capsul. The content of flavonoids in propolis sample is uneven. They have big difference in quality.
