101例丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测及结果分析

Analysis of 101 Cases of Serum Concentration of Sodium Valproate and Monitoring Results

目的探讨影响丙戊酸钠血药浓度明显波动的原因。方法病例收集:2013年我院使用丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫的患者的血药浓度监测情况(共101例,高效液相色谱法);对病例基本数据进行统计与分析。结果列表格体现患者基本信息(包括患者年龄、用药剂型、合并用药等情况)同丙戊酸钠血药浓度变化的关系。分析讨论可能存在的影响因素,对比其他文献得出影响丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果的原因。结论丙戊酸钠血药浓度波动大受多方面因素共同影响,个体差异大,使用丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫时,应监测血药浓度,根据血药浓度及时调整给药剂量,以提高临床疗效、降低不良反应。

OBJECTIVE To find the facts which affects the plasma concentration of valproate（ VPA）. METHODS Collecting the VPA plasma concentrations of epileptics who treated with VPA in our hospital during 2013（ 101 patients enrolled,plasma concentration were detected by HPLC）. The datas were statisticsed and analyzed. RESULTS Factors may effects VPA Plasma concentration included age,dosage forms,drug combination and so on. Get the facts which effects VPA plasma concentration most according to statistical and analysis the datas combine with conclusions of previous studies. CONCLUSION VPA plasma concentration is effected with various fact. Individual difference is obvious in epileptics who treated with VPA. For the best efficacy and minimal adverse effect,VPA dosage should be adjusted based on its plasma concentration.
