我国中小企业结盟能力与开放式创新模式耦合机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 立足于我国特色的制度背景,从中小企业的"身份烙印"出发,辨析了结盟能力与联盟能力的区别与联系,在"结盟能力—经验/知识学习—开放模式"框架的指导下,探讨我国中小企业的结盟能力与开放式创新模式的耦合机制。研究认为:我国中小企业的结盟能力可分为亲缘关系型、依赖政府型、市场寻求型与科研攻关型四种类型,不同类型的结盟能力将影响中小企业采用不同的开放创新模式;结合对华兰生物案例剖析实证,随着开放创新活动经验的积累与企业发展阶段的推进,中小企业结盟能力还会随着开放式创新模式的改变而提升或变化。 Based on the view of SMEs"identity",this paper analyzes the differences and connections between alliance capability and forming alliance capability. Under the guidance of the framework "alliance capacity-experience / knowledge-open mode",it explores the coupling mechanism of Chinese SMEs alliance capacity and open innovation mode. Result shows that,SMEs alliance forming capability in China can be divided into four different types,such as genetic relationship,government relied,market seeking and scientific research; different types of alliance capability will influence their open innovation model; through case analysis of Hualan Biological Engineering,it finds out that along with the accumulation of experiences and development stage of enterprises open innovation activities,SMEs alliance forming capability upgrade or change with open innovation mode.
