摘要
在对国内外文献梳理基础上,对组织可能面临的合作竞争类型进行了细分。基于知识管理及组织学习理论,探讨了完全合作、完全竞争、合作竞争平衡、高合作低竞争、高合作高竞争、低合作低竞争、低合作高竞争、合作-有益竞争、合作-有害竞争、网络内合作竞争、网络间合作竞争的组织学习策略,以汽车产业组织为例,说明了不同合作竞争类型及组织学习策略的应用。
Based on the comment of domestic and foreign literature,this paper subdivides the cooperative competition types that may be confronted by organization. Applying the knowledge management and organizational learning theory,it explores full cooperation,full competition,balanced cooperative competition,high cooperation and low competition,high cooperation and high competition, low cooperation and low competition, low cooperation and high competition, cooperation and beneficial competition,cooperation and harmful competition and organizational learning strategies in and between network relationships. And then,it illustrates the application of different types of cooperative competition and organizational learning strategies by taking the automobile industrial organization as an example.
