阿哌沙班防治深静脉血栓形成和肺栓塞的疗效及安全性 被引量：7

摘要 静脉血栓栓塞症的发病率是100/10万～200/10万,是继心肌梗死和卒中后,造成血管疾病相关死亡的第3大原因[1].目前的标准治疗为迅速采取肠外抗凝5～7d,随后使用维生素K拮抗剂至少3个月[2].在过去的很多年里,华法林是公认的作用明确、安全、价格优廉的口服抗凝药,但因具有易受药物和食物相互作用影响、需监测凝血功能及国际标准化比值（international normalized ratio,INR）、安全窗窄、伴有出血风险等缺点,临床应用常受到一定的限制.
